Legal Question in Criminal Law in West Virginia
grand larceny
Is there anyway to force the courts to provide another drug test to the accused. He contends it was not sealed and there were several around at the time his specimen was taken?

Re: grand larceny
This is a task for the accused's lawyer. If there's reason to believe that the original test results were contaminated, the lawyer should be filing a motion with the court to have a retest ordered.
