Legal Question in Criminal Law in West Virginia

underage age sex, but the younger was aggressor

A friend of mine is presently in jail in

WV for having sex with a girl. She was

14, he was early 20s. She was the

aggressor in this situation, and fully

consented to sex.

As a matter of fact, her last boyfriend,

who is 31, is still in jail because of this,

alone with my friend. Someone told me

the term for her is a ''previously-chased

character.''

Clearly, she is the age of consent. Her

parents filed the charges, not her. Now,

my friend will pay for her repeated,

premediated, adult-like actions.

Why isn't there punishment for her

instead of him?

Re: underage age sex, but the younger was aggressor

Its doubtful that the law would agree with you that a 14 year old is of legal consent. The people that pass laws consider a 14 year old a child, which she is.
