Legal Question in DUI Law in West Virginia

Clearing a record

My friend has 3 DUI's in WV. He was told to take a class in OH that would fulfill their requirements. He moved to AZ to go to school and was given a liscense in AZ and after being stopped for a speeding warning found out that his liscense in AZ was going to be cancelled because info from WV showed in the National Registry. He now does not have a liscense in any state. He has completed school, moved across country and can not get a job in his field because of the driving record. Is there anything he can do?

Re: Clearing a record

He will never be able to move on and get a license to drive anywhere until he gets right with West Virginia. He should hire a lawyer in that state and follow the lawyer's advice for once.

Next time he is "told" to do something, let's not hear him whine about the consequences when he doesn't do it.

He can do what West Virginia requires him to do to get his drivers license reinstated there. Once he is licensed again in West Virginia, he should be able get licensed anywhere.
