Legal Question in Entertainment Law in West Virginia
Idea theft and the profit they make from my idea
I made 2 plaques for the band KISS with their paint on them the way i arranged their makeup as one makeup face it shows up on their current cd KISS symphony Alive IV have witnesses to their likeness but not the actuall pictures. On the back of one of the plaques i put address on the plaque they did not attempt to contact me about the use of my idea. Would this be considered theft when their makeup is liscened already? But it was my idea.

Unfortunately, IDEAS cannot be protected. It must be translated into something "tangible" in order to be protected.
