Legal Question in Family Law in West Virginia

I was awarded house in divorce..his name is still on the deed, how do i get his name off the deed?

I am a Morgantown, WV divorce and family law attorney, and in my experience, the other party typically will execute a deed, leaving you vested with exclusive ownership of the property. If he does not do so willingly, then I would suggest that you speak with your attorney to obtain further assistance in this regard.
