In the state of WV , what age can a child decide when he or she can make their own visitation schedule with the non custodial parent?

I don't know about WV, but in CA, 18. The child's "decision," meaning here opinion because they can't make the decision, is just a factor to be considered. From there, it depends upon what the judge thinks.
