If you can't afford an attorney, your X is going to have the advantage. Good Luck

You need to contact an attorney in WV to have them read the current court order. In particular, were you restricted to WV?
I don't practice law in WV.
Under certain circumstances, the case can be transferred to Texas since the child has lived in Texas for more than 6 months. You need an attorney to help you file the right document to transfer the case to Texas if you qualify to have it moved.
You really need an attorney!
You can visit my websites which has listings for organizations that help people find free legal services if they qualify.

Look under resources.
One national website (I think) is the American Bar Association website that has links for free legal services all over the U.S.
You can also check with the WV State Bar to see if they have fee reduced or free services.
