Domestic Violence

I have been falsely accused of domestic violence. Is there anything I can do to prove or strengthen my case? My ex's statement to the police is a blatent lie.

The first thing to do is to find and hire an attorney with experience in such matters. With only three sentences of information, even if you knew how to handle a case, there is no real way to give you a meaningful response. Your attorney can direct you on how to prepare your case for trial.
