is it again the law to be with first cousin

i like to know is it against the law to be with a blood cousin

NO, it is not against the law to be with a first cousin. There are laws in some states that prohibit certain persons who are related to one another in certain specified ways from engaging in certain specified acts, but nothing in the law bars first cousins from being together. They can live together, eat togehter, goes to movies and church together, go to the same school, etc. Al of that is perfectly legal.

Be aware of statutes such as Oregon's ORS 163.525, establishing a felony offense (5 years maximum prison time) for Incest.

ORS 163.525. A person commits the crime of incest if the person marries or engages in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual intercourse with a person whom the person knows to be related to the person, either legitimately or illegitimately, as an ancestor, descendant or brother or sister of either the whole or half blood.

So do your best to avoid that from happening and you should be OK.
