mother keeping payroll check
my fiance's mother is keeping her payroll check and her federal income check from her.. i would like to know what we can do about it?

Obtain cancelation of both, on grounds of "loss," and request re-issuance to be mailed or given ONLY to the person who is entitled to receive the check/s.
