Can a minor testify in divorce court to the act of a spouse of sleeping in bed with another person?

the evidence of minor is depandant on his capacity of retianalization/logic whether he (minor) can retionalize the things properly or not? the evidence of minor is admissable in evidence only if he can rationalzie the things properly.
