How do I supina a witness on my own without an attorney?

Easy Question. Just prepare a Witness Precipe which is a request to the clerk of courts to have the subpoena issued. A letter will do, but it must have the name and address of the witness as well as the time and place of the hearing. The Subpoena can be served by any competent adult. The sheriff will serve it for a fee, usually $20.00. If it is a civil matter, you need to include one day's witness fee with the subpoena, if you intend to seek a bench warrant for non appearance.
