wrongful termation
no female to come forward on complaint. told female to pull shirt up that she was showing to much policy dress code. also another female making remarks on getting naked and wanted us to take picutes and a video joking was said insead. termation was done on sexual harassment as the top of the paper. nothing was said to me until later and i stayed away. my supervise i have told the infomation to and i was termated and at the time of termnation I taught that i had no chance and found out the females did not complien. the female that was told to pull her shirt up was wrote up 2 and was told by the mall office to do the same thing. all i was doing is the policy and i have a copy of the policy. i feel that the termation was not fully investigated and that being a male that i was guilty
