Green Card as a Special Immigrant
If a Foreign National is declared a dependant by a Juvenile Court in the U.S. what are my options in getting a niece legalized in the U.S. that has been here since she was 2 and a half years old? She is now 11 years old. Her mother does not want us to adopt her.
