Legal Question in Immigration Law in West Virginia

student visa
My wife came to the US with a student visa. We were married a year after, and have not begun the process for permanent residency. We are going to Turkey (her homeland) for the summer. Would there be any problems for her re-entering the US on her student visa? It is still valid in terms of the date issued, and expiration date. Thanks

Using F1 visa to enter the US, she risk being denied at the port of entry.

Better option is for you to file for her permanent residency and advanced parole documents, with which she is free to travel and re-enter the US.
