Legal Question in Insurance Law in West Virginia

rental vehicles
My vehicle was hit while parked. I received a rental car. The rental agency received authorization from the other party's insurance co. for payment on the rental. After a month the insurance co. stopped payment. Are they required to pay the rental for the entire time I used it, while my vehicle was being repaired?

As long as you did nothing to delay the repair, it is my opinion that the insurance company is responsible for the rental.
