Paying morgage payment

I have been paying my girlfriends house morgage for 18 years do i have a right to the house??

Only if you are listed as a "tenant in common" or a "tenant in common with right of survivorship" or "joint tenant" or a "joint tenant with right of survivorship" on the Deed to the property do you have a "right" to the property. Otherwise, you've been either making a gift to your girlfriend or paying rent to her (through her mortgage company) for the last 18 months.
