Landlord harassment
My landlord has been harassing me for a week now. She has called the police and made false acusations.She's called friends of the family and told them we haven't been paying our rent, and we have been stealing from her. She called one day after the rent had been paid and said we could no longer pay on that date because we were getting days free. Today her and her husband came into the house to do a so called inspection. They only looked in the kitchen and no other rooms in the house.She gave us a paper stating that we owed her money and the rent was being raised.Then she proceded to tell us that she was going to the court house on Monday to file eviction papers. Our rent is current we are not in arrears. There is no damage to the house. What are my legal rights?
