water problems where I rent

For over 4 months now I have not had descent water it looks like it come out of a mud puddle , with dirt, rust, pices of metal and etc.

This month I took $53.00 off of my rent because I have been having to by so much water for past several months and my landlord said I can't do that if if don't have all of rent in by Monday she can evicte me and Iwas wondering if she can or do I have a case that I am right.

You should have city/county health dept TEST it and if found to be non-potable (unhealthy) you should install a filtration system and deduct from rent.
