Legal Question in Military Law in West Virginia
Entry Level Seperation (Fraudulent Enlistment)
I was given an Entry Level Seperation from the WV Air National Guard because they found out about a pre-existing shoulder injury I had. It was classified as ''Fraudulent Enlistment''. I was asked to give a copy of my DD-214 to a potential employer, but I don't remember being issued one. I understand that an E.L.S. basically states that I never enlisted, so should have even been issued a DD-214?

You may have been given a discharge certificate or order and not a DD-214.
