law suite and returning to work
I have a law suite against the company I worked for. The company wants me to come back to work for them. How would this affect my law suite against them, they were neglect and had faulty equipment that caused the incident and I lost my leg and suffered other injuries as result of this.the job that is offered i feel i would be unsafe doing now that i have a missing limb.
