What becomes of heriship property?
My grandparents died leaving no will. While living my grandparents told their children that portions of the land belonged to certain children. Before their death, all children that lived on the land were given deeds except for one, my mother. She was told she would get her deed in the will and so would the other children. She has lived on this portion of land all of her adult life and has a house on the land. One daughter, that has her deed, refuses to sign so that my mom can get her deed and so the other living children can have their portion. That one sibling claims all of the heirship land to be hers. Is there a solution or a way my mom can get a deed? Thxs

Possibly. The situation you describe involves many legal concepts all of which are fact driven. There is no simple point of law that may be helpful to understand this circumstance. Your mother need to see a lawyer.
