I purchased property by landcontract and now owner has taken a $3000.00 loan out on it and has added it to the orginal price and expects me to pay for it what can I do about what he has done and what can I do about this in the future.

i would have to see the contract. But assuming the deal is valid, the loan may place an encumbrance that violates the terms of the agreement.
