Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in West Virginia

Is this sexual harassment

I worked in a video store with a ex-boyfriend who I had at the time remained friends with after I quit working but still continued to rent videos from there. Everytime I would go into the store he would proposition me for a ''romp'' in the back where they didn't have cameras. He would make sexual comments like ''I just want to feel you'' or ''I just have to put my hands on you'' He once while another co-worker was working he came up behind me a stuck his hand down my pants. I would tell him to stop but he always brushed it off. Now i don't go into there anymore but I know that i am not the only one and he needs to know that behavior is wrong.. Is this sexual harassment

Not only! It is also an assault, and the intentional infliction of emotional distress and probably a number of other torts (civil wrongs, if I had more time to think about it). I think you were wise to consult Law Guru. You should do something to stop this behavior, you were obviously wise to end the relationship with this emotional invalid. Your action is probably not only against him, but against his employer as well. Consult a local attorney.
