Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in West Virginia

Admidistrator ripped off fathers estate

Father had WILL that never made it to probate, girlfriend was personal rep, one brother recived a letter on this other 5 children did not, the letter does not state there is or is not a WILL. brother trusted her untill 3 weeks ago when he called her about the sale of the house and she stated there was no money left. I have gotten all documets out of probate and they conflick with each other quite a bit,DC stating she was married to him and she was not. my brothers and sisters stand at losing over 200.000 in assets and sale of the house, several people have seen the WILL, his brother helped him do the WILL. she has not yet filed the final tally for the estate yet.WV law does allow chllange at this point can we stop her or has she gotten away with it?
