Dividing inheritance

One sibling has put all assets of father's into his name, after father's dead he is refusing to divide assets and money as his father requested to other siblings. What can be done?

It depends what you mean by "putting all assets of father into his name." Did the father consent? Were these gifts, compensation for services or transfers made under duress? There are too many unanswered questions in your scenario to give you an answer. Was there a will? Was a probate filed? There are more questions. You should consider hiring an attorney to sort this out.

Why did this happen?Was this done because of some agreement that this sibling would hold these assets and divide the equally upon your fathers death?It depends on the exact facts but it sounds like you would have to sue your sibling to get your share of the inheritance.Send me a response or call me so I can better understand the facts.
