had dual power of att. over my uncle. he passed away july/07. He was in a mental hospital. he and i signed medical poa in hospital with his social worker. before i agreed to bring him home and take care of him until his death i spoke to his sibilings they said if i did this i could have his land ,40 acres, we made the deed approx 2 yrs ago and uncle signed it. now 1 of his brothers said he wanted it split between siblings and was going to take me to court for the land. i have already signed the deed 3 wks ago to my daughter, which was a back up on the dual poa. uncle which i took care of for 3 yrs was mentally incomptant. i have nothing in writing from sibilings but they will testafiy in court what we agreed on. i also moved onto this land when we brought my uncle home 3 yrs ago. he was not married or have any other assets but did recieve ssi. everyone in the family was given the same chance to take care of him they was not willing or able to do it family knew land was in my name approx. 2 yrs before his death noone had a problem until my uncle died, until last month then his 1 brother says he want his share of his brothers land. uncle had no will only me as dual poa. does my uncle brother take me or daughter too court and win
