my dad died in dunlow wv he has property who is intiled to it his adult children or his wife second wife

Real estate passes according to the law of the state where located. I understand your father died owning property in W. Va. If he had a will, the will controls. If he died intestate after June 6, 1992, the real and personal property passes to his wife and children, if he had children from a prior marriage or otherwise. The distribution is 50/50.
