(estate of motherlaw) Can sibling or 3rd. party force me out of home when my spouse dies?(My husband & sons name is in will to receive home) Do I have any law to protect me?

By your question, I assume that you are living in your mother-in-law's home; that she is now deceased; that she left a will leaving the home to your husband and/or son; and that your husband is deceased. Your ability to live in the home will be determined by the language contained in the will and whether your husband died before or after his mother.
