probate land law

my father passed away a few years ago and did not have a will so my brother and i signed our rights over to our mother and now she wants to sell our family land (on my dads side) can we revoke do to a sale of property that has been in our family for 3 generations ? the land is in west virginia

If you waived your right to inherit with full knowledge and intent, then the land is hers absolutely to do with as she chooses.
