Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in West Virginia

the rights of surviving children

live in wv father passed without will

and now my mother has a will

written up to where when she passes

away the land must be sold to an

outside buyer are there no rights for

the children of my father and she can

just take everything and sell it away?

Assuming that the real estate is in West Virginia and he died after June 6, 1992, yes.
