do i have to write a wv will or is my fl will still good in wv?

If you signed a will in Florida and it met all requirements to be valid in Florida, it will be recognized in West Virginia at the time of your death. This is because the Full Faith and Credit Act of the United States Constitution requires each state to recognize the lawful acts of residents in sister states.
