How do I get a copy of the will left by my deceased father from the surviving spouse? I am the only biological heir.

Re: Wills
If the will has or is in the proceess of being probated, you can go to the clerk's office of the probate court handling the matter and ask to see the file and have the will copied.
If it's not feasible for you to go there personally, you could call or send a written request to the court to forward you a copy of the will (paying whatever fee may be required.)
The probate file is open to any member of the public for inspection and copying purposes, as appropriate.
