Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wisconsin

My dog bit our 22yr old paper girl & now she is suing us. The paperwork does not state what the additional charges are for & I am wondering if I have to pay this full amount.

They show her medical costs @ $330.20 & she is asking for $1750. When she was bit I brought her inside (with my dog & my dod did nothing) cleaned her up & told her to send me the bill. She never did this & instead went to a lawyer. What should I do?

Contact your insurance agent who sold you homeowners insurance so that your insurer can handle things for you. You have a limited time to get an answer to the complaint, so contact your insurer right away. The paper girl is entitled to compensation for her injuries. The damages to which she is entitled are something that your insurer will be able to evaluate.
