Legal Question in Disability Law in Wisconsin

Discrimination or not?

I am trying to get off long term disability but my corporate employer has said that they will not allow me to come back to work unless I come back full time. My doctors have said that I should start off slow with 4 hours per day for 6 months to make sure that I can handle it. My long term disability may end in August. I am not sure what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time.
