Legal Question in Disability Law in Wisconsin

Employment hireing discrimination

I had a second interview with prospective employer. I told her that

I have epilepsy. After explaining it she said everything looked ok,

but she wants to talk to someone in HR and have that person

make the decision on whether it would be a good idea to hire me

or not. My question is this descrimination due to a disibility or not

and what can I do about it?

It is not discrimination, yet. If you do not receive the job it may be discriminatory. If you do not get the job, call the Equal Rights Division of the Department of Workforce Development and file a disability complaint. 608- 266-6860.
