1st Got sentenced Judge said to turn yourself into jail did that ok, The jail tells you to go home that theres nothing there to hold them on so u go home can they press more charges

Yes, if the jail later receives the paperwork, and the jail has no record of your attempt to turn yourself it, you could later be charged with escape. In this scenario, I would have your attorney write a letter to both the court and the jail documenting each attempt to turn yourself in, and to also get something signed by the jail counter clerk each time. You need to check back daily to see if your paperwork has arrived yet, if you want to avoid further problems and new charges.
