Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Wisconsin
I am 15 years old with a permit, my road test is scheduled in 3 weeks so I've had my permit for almost 6 months, I just recieved a citation for driving without a parent or guardian because I was driving with my 19 year old sister. My whole family thought that since she is over 18 it is legal. Will I be able to get this ticket dismissed?

You may be able to get it dismissed or amended to something that will not hurt your record or ability to be licensed. I'd suggest hiring an attorney who practices in that county if possible to deal with it for you.
