Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Wisconsin
I'm filing an appeal for an eviction that was granted in Wisconsin, the form asks if the case has or doesn't have preference in reference to statute, but doesn't specify what statute. What does this mean and which box do I check?

Do yourself a favor and don't bother with the pro se appeal, since it is nearly hopeless, based upon all the technical procedural challenges which you will face. You could very well end up owing the landlord money for a frivolous filing unless your lawyer can assure you that you have a reasonable basis for the appeal and that it si worth the trouble, considering the low odds of success.
