Legal Question in Banking Law in Wisconsin
beneficiary questions
my ex-husband had me as a beneficiary on his pension. He recently died (2006) and Mass Mutual contacted me to claim his pension. However, now they have told me I am no longer eligable to recieve his vested pension because we are divorced. (I divorced in 1996 and remarried in 1999). Can you please help me with this?
