What is loan balance? WHat is status of co-borrower? You may be able to negotiate a release in certain circumstances. Call or email for assistance. I have represented banks and lenders in the past.

A voluntary novation by the lender, if possible. If you would like to email us with more information on the type of loan this is, etc...we may be able to provide you with more guidance.
