Legal Question in Banking Law in Wisconsin
death of a lessee
What are the laws pertaining to who's allowed access to a soley owned safe deposit box to search for legal documents after a lessee dies? What if it is a joint box and the co-lessee is not available? or if it is joint with 2 signatures required? i can't seem to find any information on this anywhere.
thanks.
