Legal Question in Banking Law in Wisconsin
Notary Publics Wisconsin
My boyfriend found out that his just recent ex-wife had a mortgage document notarized by a person at a bank with her signing her own name and his he knew nothing about it . What is the responsibility in the state of Wisconsin for a Notary and what can be done it was an obvious forgery without his permission?

FIrst: It is a crime. Second, it can be avoided legally. I have just handled one such case successfully. Have him call or email me.
