Power of Attorney
I need to know how to go about getting the paperwork completed to become my sons Power of Attorney for financial reasons. He is incarcerated and I need to get his taxes done and deposited into an acount. Where do I get the form and how do I get it notorized? He's 24.

Check forms @ www.irs.gov, but your CPA should have them. If entitled to a refund, a direct deposit transaction could be considered.
How much income tax does he have if incarcerated?
Is a refund expeected?
