Legal Question in Banking Law in Wisconsin
real estate
my sister has a note from when she purchased her home. it gaurentees her 55,000.00 she has had her home reposessed due to the real estate broker commiting fraud and being convicted. is the note still good? it was writen by one of his partners that has plenty of money and assets to back up the note. the note also shows penalties to be paid to her if not paid on time. she has never been paid any money.

You sister needs to contact me re: review of the note and circumstances of fraud conviction. Was it a true Partnership? Was it a corporation or LLC?
How long ago was Note signed?
