You'd have to file an adversary action against him seeking an order from the bankruptcy court denying his discharge of the debt he owes to you for reasons such as fraud, bad faith, etc. Unless you had some good evidence showing that he incured the debt-judgment through some degree of malice, fraud, etc. (there are specific reasons for denying a discharge enumerated by the Bankruptcy Code itself), you probably would stand very little chance of success in saving the debt from his discharge.
