We have a small claims judgement against a company and the owner. The owner files bankruptcy. Does this make our judgement just go away?

Normally it would, unless you have fraud or other statutory grounds to file an adversary complaint against tyhem in the bankruptcy court to seek to have their discharge of the debt owed to you not be granted.
