What affects does filing bankruptcy have on a current college student and finicial aid they receive?

It certainly will not help you in any type of
loan application to have a bankruptcy on your
record. There may, however, be some anti-
discrimination protections for student aid,
just as there are for employment discrimination
on the basis of a bankruptcy history.
