Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Wisconsin
Discharged Debt or Still Collectible?
As a Judgment Creditor, I was listed in the Debtors Chap 7 Bk, but my notice of inclusion on the list of creditors was intentionally sent to a bogus address. I only discovered this years after the discharge. Is my judgment collectible?

Re: Discharged Debt or Still Collectible?
It depends. If the bankruptcy had no assets to pay any creditors the Ninth Circuit court of appeals has said that it did not matter that you did not get notice because it would have not made a difference.
