I am divorced , I want to know that if I get re-married and file for bankruptcy will that affect my partners credit report?

Yes - if you get remarried before filing, it could have an impact on your new spouse's credit report. File before you get married (unless, of course, your fiance is also ready, willing and able to file jointly with you)!
